recent pics

Norway Spruce Deb transplanted from our last place, ten years ago. Was as high as her but as you'll see on bottom picture, towers over us now.

A pansy near our side door.

Climantis near our side door. Deb has planted these and other flowers around our house.

Deb, I and Cleo(patra). She is a Samoyed. Not exactly her weather, today, but truly is Deb's weather! Well, I guess you can't see that this tree towers over us, but it does!

The weather has been good this weekend, hot today, muggy, but nice for people grilling and picnicing.

Deb does seem to have a nice touch with flowers and a flair for landscaping. Part of the artistic bent in her, I guess.

Looks like all 4 of you are thriving - you, Deb, the tree and the dog!

It was a fun day yesterday. Had the camera on a chair, so that was interesting. (Tiffany gone) A tad hot for me though I'll take it, but close to just right for Deb.

i really enjoy these photos.
you and deb are such a lovely couple. i think it would be a joy to be able to be your neighbors.

the photo of the pansy is very pretty with the sun shining so nicely on the green leaves of the other plant and the climatis in the background. the white climatis is also just lovely. good shots, ted.

it has been raining so much this week here that i have not gotten out in the garden at all. i have been wearing my light coat. the weather just can not make up it's mind.

i need to get out into the community garden to see what is happening there. i see from my window that some of the flowers are coming up...so i am wondering what else there might be.

by the way...i love deb's jeans..she looks very good in them.
and cleo looks friendly. i bet cleo will be looking for some shade pretty soon.

Nancy,
Yes, thanks.

And it would be nice to live next to you as well.

You're right, Cleo will be looking for more than just shade before long. Our basement and even cooler. She is a friendly dog and mischievious. High energy and low maintenance, overall.

I'd trade you some of your weather for some of ours. We don't get enough rain overall here, I mean regularly. Whereas perhaps you do over there.
